1. Object

MUDS undertakes to provide the services described in the approved commercial proposal.

2. Payments

• Payment will be made according to the terms agreed upon in the proposal.
• In case of delay, penalties may apply.

3. Deadlines

The deadlines begin after payment confirmation and delivery of all necessary materials.

4. Intellectual Property

Os direitos sobre o trabalho final são transferidos ao cliente, caso o mesmo solicitar e, após um acordo comercial e o  pagamento integral for efetuado.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract by giving 30 days' notice.
